Ambush! is a quest available in Dragon's Dogma.

OverviewEdit

Ambush! is a quest type that initiates when a larger than average monster attacks you in the wild. Or you stumble upon monsters in certain circumstances.

To complete this type of quest you must slay the enemies involved. If you flee and walk out of range of the target enemies the quest will be registered as failed. Turning back may or may not trigger another quest to slay the target enemies.

Eligible MonstersEdit

• Chimera
• Ogre
• Griffin
• Drake
• Wyvern
• Wyrm
• Cyclops
• Goblin Ambush.
• Goblin Hostage takers.
• Harpy Hostage takers.

NotesEdit

Any Ambush! quests that are completed or failed will not be recorded in the "Completed Quests" tab in the Quest Log menu.

Reward NotesEdit

Awards 4126 XP and 3 Rift Crystals for defeat of a Cyclops at level 22.
