- Found as random loot in chests in the following loactions:
- Soulflayer Canyon - in Leaper's Ledge. Strong chance of finding Argence. There are at least 2 Weapon/Armor Piles that commonly yield it. One is just to the left of the waterfall you slide down to get to Leaper's Ledge (which also drops the Kunai dagger). Another is on the lowest right-hand ledge you can jump on to get out of Leaper's Ledge.
- The Blighted Manse - 4 chests have a chance of yielding it and it may also be gathered here from sacks.
- Bloodwater Beach - in a Sack near a large rock on the beach, strong chance.
- The Shadow Fort
- The Tainted Mountain Temple
- Windworn Valley - chest near a cage on the raised central mound, south of Travelers' Rest.
