LOCATION

Badge of Vows #100 is located on top of a spire at Hillfigure Knoll in the Northface Forest. In order to acquire this badge you will need to jump up the spire, shown in the picture, to reach the top. This effort is made easier through the use of the Double Vault skill, or Levitate.
