A copy of the Confidential Letter - like the original it may be used to complete the quest The Conspirators.

- Created as a forgery of the Confidential Letter or another Confidential Letter Forgery at the Black Cat.
- Though marked as a forgery it appears that the copy is good enough into fooling Fedel that it is the original. See The Conspirators for more information.
