Deflect is a skill available in Dragon's Dogma.
Description
- "Deflects attacks back toward the assailant."
An advanced version of Defend that allows a shield bearer to Perfect Block incoming attacks when blocking is well timed.
Notes

- To perfect block, press [Block] just as an enemy is about to make contact with an attack -the perfect block causes a strong knockback effect, reflect substantial damage back to the assailant, and has a good chance to inflict a debilitation when used in combination with an enchanted or special shield.
- When perfect blocks are not acchieved the shield functions as it does with Defend.
- The equivalent Mystic Knight skill is Reflect, which can have additional magickal effects.
