Found in The Everfall in Gran Soren.

Picking up this item grants a reward of 2 Rift Clusters and 1,000 experience. This item can be duplicated at The Black Cat for 18,750 Gold.

Walkthrough

The badge is located in the Everfall, on the fifth level underground.

At the end of the short flight of stairs leading to the bottom floor, head forward and make a u-turn around the closest pillar on your right. You will be facing a rock formation lining a dead end - the badge is on a ledge halfway up easily accessed by climbing the right side. No extended jump ability required.
