- The base add to Magick and Strength is respectively an additional +3 and +5. These can be increased by Damage Increasing Augments that affect magick and or strength.
- In the Dragon's Dogma: Official Design Works (p.265) this item is shown together with items skin to the Animistic Robe, Feather Cape, Hard Leather Plate, and a form of Leather Bandings incorporating a boot as the 'Mage: Animistic Robe Series'. Curiously a facemask similar to the Carrion Veil is also shown, though it lacks the golden browpiece.
