Core Skills are the basic skills of each vocation.
They include skills that allow movement such as Feather Jump, the standard attacks such as Hack, and other combat skills such as Controlled Fall and Deflect.
Core skills are tied to weapons, not vocation, and so may not need to be relearned when switching to a new vocation.
Use of core skills doesn't consume stamina, unlike other skills. Additionally they can be neither Skill Stifled nor Silenced.

Forward Roll |

Loose |

Notes[]
- There are four Unarmed Combat attacks, a light and heavy attack, and jumping light and heavy attacks - they function as Core Skills and consume no stamina.
- Shortbows and Longbows have some core skills of the same name, but these need to be learned separately
- Maces and Swords share core skills
- Longswords and Warhammers share core skills
- If a high level weapon is equipped by one with Character Level below its Weapon Level Requirement then Stamina use is accelerated, and even using core skills consumes stamina.
