Badge of Vows 67 is a Badge of Vows medal obtained during the From A Different Sky quest of the same number. The badge is the remnant of a former Riftstone, collecting it earns a reward of Rift Crystals.
In the original Dragon's Dogma, Badge of Vows 67 is obtained as part of the From A Different Sky - Part 7 DLC quest pack, in Dark Arisen, the quest is included in the base game.

Found on the a ledge of the outcrop on which The Ruins of Aernst Castle was built.
Picking up this item grants a reward of 1 Rift Cluster and 1,000 experience. This item can be duplicated at The Black Cat for 18,750 Gold.
Walkthrough[]
Travel to The Ruins of Aernst Castle.
From the grounds within the castle start to jump down the cliff on the west side from ledge to ledge - it is possible navigate the switchback trail of ledges to reach the badge from the western edge of the Castle.
Map Location of Badge
As an alternative approach, from Waypoint 1 on the map image shown below a jump location can be reached. The badge then can be obtained by jumping down from the drop point.
