In the damage calculation page there is referrence to the placement order of status boosting augments altering the end result. What is this order and why is not found anywhere else? Does placing an augment above or below another, or chronollogically first or second to another make it first in calculations?Zafoshin (talk) 14:03, October 20, 2015 (UTC)

The order in which augments are placed does not matter at all. Period.
Stat boosting augments work multiplicatively, which means that each augment works on top of the value boosted by the previous one. When calculating the end result, it does not matter if one puts 1.1 (10% increase=110% of the original value) before 1.2 (20% increase=120% of the original value), or vice versa, as the end result will be the same in both cases.
For example, let's take a base strength stat of 100. Adding Vehemence, the stat is now 110. On top of the increased value goes Clout, which increases it to 132. 100x1.1=110x1.2=132
Putting the augments in reverse order, Clout would increase the base value of 100 to 120. Adding Vehemence to the new value again results in a total strength stat of 132. 100x1.2=120x1.1=132
Or else, 100x1.1x1.2=100x1.2x1.1=132. The values can be compared on a character's Status screen. Hopefully it makes some sense, I'm not a mathematician. :P --Saba0th (talk) 15:52, October 20, 2015 (UTC)
I just saw that page mentioning order and immidiatelly I assumed it would make sense math wise if it was reversed without thinking it through. This simple math is the reason why it is wrong, so I'm going to edit it right now. Thanks.Zafoshin (talk) 16:51, October 20, 2015 (UTC)
