  • Found as random loot in chests in the following locations:
    • Soulflayer Canyon
      • In Leaper's Ledge, there are at least 2 Weapon/Armor Piles that commonly yield it. One is just to the left of the waterfall you slide down to get to Leaper's Ledge (which also drops the Kunai dagger). Another is on the lowest right-hand ledge that you can jump on to get out of Leaper's Ledge.
    • The Blighted Manse
      • 4 chests have a chance of yielding it and it may also be gathered here from Sacks.
    • Bloodwater Beach
      • Has a high chance of being found in a Sack near a large rock on the beach.
    • The Shadow Fort
    • The Tainted Mountain Temple
    • Windworn Valley
      • Can be found in a chest near a cage on the raised central mound south of the Travelers' Rest. 
  • Can be stolen from Direwolves using Master Thief.
  • Can be created by combining Silk and White Hydra Scale.
• Great Dragon Claw
  • Dropped by the Ur-Dragon by destroying the hearts located on his foreleg palms and hindleg soles
• Bright Virid Scale
  • Dropped by a Thunderwyvern.
• Thunderwyvern Horn
  • Dropped by a Thunderwyvern.

Notes:

• The base add to magick and strength is respectively an additional +7 and +7, which can be increased if either or both strength- and/or magick-multiplying augments are equipped on the character, such as Clout, Vehemence, Acuity, Attunement, Bloodlust, Ferocity, Exhilaration, Equanimity, Opportunism and/or Autonomy. Note that some of these augment effects are conditional depending on the Arisen's environment and state of health or even the selected skill. These augment effects can also differ depending on whether Dragon's Dogma or the Dark Arisen version of the game is being played.
