Dropped by the Ur-Dragon. You do need to kill the Online Ur-Dragon to get this item. The Offline will not drop it.

  • Obtained from a Saurian Sage. They can be found in the Chamber of Hesitation.
  • Jayce in Devilfire Grove sells two snowy saurian skins during Post-Game and NG+.
• Putrid Dragon Scales
  • Dropped by the Ur-Dragon, in the Chamber of Lament in the Everfall.
  • In NG+, there will be a rift stone on Starfall Bay in Cassardis that will provide instant access to the Ur-Dragon.
• Surging Light Tome
  • Found in chests within the labyrinth of Bitterblack Isle.
• Ruinous Relic
  • Dropped by a Dark Bishop.

• Though the in-game description does not mention it, Lambent Shield is actually an enchanted version of Lustrous Targe.
