Can be found inside of chests in the following chambers in The Everfall:
- Chamber of Anxiety (2%)
- Chamber of Sorrow (2%, can be found in two chests here.)

Can be purchased from Delec in the Chamber of Estrangement (Post-Game Everfall).
Can be found in a chest on the first floor of the Rotwood Depository.
