"You've grown, ser. At least you bear the mien of a tempered warrior, well-versed in the art of combat. Very well. 'Tis time your training was complete. I shall impart this final lesson to you myself. Hold nothing back, for I shall spare you no mercy!"
WalkthroughEdit
Ser Berne can be difficult to defeat, wielding a two-handed sword and near impossible to knock-down. You have no access to any healing items or your inventory in general, so prepare beforehand your best equipment and skills.
Possible methods of defeating him is kiting him around. For bow and magick users must study his movements carefully to perform your attacks, using the fact that he always takes time to perform a lunge to your advantage. Anything with a cast time must not be used as they generally will lend you open for attack. You can also take the time in-between his skill moves to deal damage of your own. Blocking or countering his moves also works, just be mindful of your stamina. It may also be an advantage for Assassins as they can use double jump and dodge some of his charge up attacks.
Take it nice and slow (if you are doing this for the first time) and don't take too many risks and the fight shall be yours.
