Ser Faerma is a soldier stationed at The Greatwall during the Salvation attack in the quest Deny Salvation.
He is found on the Second Floor, near the base of the stairs leading towards the Third Floor. If rescued, he will open a rear door that leads up to a storeroom, with an alternate route through a breakable wall.
