Starfall Bay is a small cove in the area of Cassardis, connected to the East of the main bay via a narrow rift.
NotesEdit
A moonglow flower can be found in the northwestern part of the cove, which makes it interesting for completing the Floral Delivery quest.
After you complete the main quest (by using "Godsbane" (in your "Tools" inventory) as the Seneschal), and continue a New Game with same character, you can find a rift stone here which allows you to fight the Ur-Dragon.
