Searching for a pawns in the rift is rather a pain. The filters aren't terribly helpful - we have 3 tabs: one for specifying the class, one for gender, and one for a bunch of attributes that still doesn't quite do the job.

For one, Inclinations are actually a big deal - if you're shopping for a meat shield enemy magnet, it does no good to have Guardian on them. There should be filters for this imho.

Similarly, you can't search for pawns with a particular skill/augment. E.g. usually when I'm looking for a defensive tank I'd like it to have Prescience and Divine Defense. Or a support mage with High Halidom.

The level requirement is also too rigid. What are the odds of me finding a specific pawn I want at one single level? Why not allow us to pick from a range, say within 5 levels as your Arisen's level. This would be really helpful in conjunction with the other filters I suggested - you can be really specific, like you want a Warrior who has the Bastion and Clout augments, plus the Arc of Deliverance skill, and is specced with the Challenger inclination. Allowing you to search from a range of levels would increase the chances of finding the pawns you want.

Seeing these more specific filters also would help clue in players who normally don't pay attention to these things. "Huh, why can you search based on inclination? Hmm, maybe it's important and I should figure out what my pawn's own inclinations should be."
